Casa Uno — terms of use

What Casa Uno is

An information service. We collect publicly advertised property listings, check them, and add our own analysis (costs, earnings estimates, climate, distances, verdicts). We are not an estate agent, a broker, a lawyer or a financial adviser, and nothing here is advice to buy any particular property.

Listings and their owners

Photos and descriptions belong to the agencies and public bodies that published them; we show them with credit and a link to the source. An agency can ask us to remove or change how its listings appear at any time by emailing hello@casa-uno.com — we act on every such request.

Our estimates

All-in costs, rental earnings and market figures are estimates from public data and clearly labelled as such. Prices, availability and legal status can change without notice; always verify with the agency, a notary and, where relevant, a geometra before committing money.
