Casa Uno — your data, plainly

What we collect

What you tell us at sign-up (name, nationality, budget, what you're after, optional email), and what you do in the app (houses you open, favourite or pass on, searches, and any purchase steps you mark — contacted, viewed, offered, bought).

What it's for

1. Your matches. Everything above tunes the engine to you — that is the product. No language model reads your data; the matching is deterministic and explainable.

2. Market research, anonymised. We aggregate activity into regional demand statistics — "how many people, from which countries, at which budgets, looked at which regions". These aggregates never include your name, email or individual answers, and any group smaller than 5 people is suppressed entirely. We may share or sell these aggregates (for example to regional development agencies).

3. Introductions — only if you opted in. If you ticked the box, we can connect you with local agents, lawyers or renovators for houses you're serious about. We never pass your details to anyone otherwise, and you can untick it any time.

What we never do

Sell or share your personal data (name, email, answers, activity) without that explicit opt-in. No ad trackers, no third-party analytics, no data brokers.

Your controls

• Download everything we hold about you (one JSON file).
• Delete everything: the "reset" control in the app clears your taste profile; for full erasure of every record, use the delete option or ask us and it's done.
• Change your answers any time — the engine retunes instantly.
